Rural Lifestyle Retailer Enhances Customer Loyalty With Enhanced CIAM Strategy

Protiviti partnered with a rural lifestyle retailer client to assess its Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) program and architecture. 
The client wanted to improve inventory management practices at a facility in its commercial HVAC division, which was seeing significant production disruptions and inventory losses. Inventory was handled by several third-party logistics companies, leading to missing material and inventory inaccuracies.
Protiviti partnered with clients to implement best-of-breed digital solutions to automate financial close processes, along with process improvements and data governance and controls solutions to resolve the issues. Change management to support accounting teams in adopting the new processes was also a key deliverable.
